Author

Leigh Miller, now retired, was a professional teaching fellow in the commercial law department of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Auckland.


Matthew Barber is a senior lecturer in law at the University of Canterbury. He currently teaches contract law and commercial (particularly sales and consumer) law subjects in the law school, as well as teaching business law to postgraduate business students.


Jonathan Barrett is a senior lecturer in taxation and commercial law in the School of Accounting and Commercial Law at Victoria University of Wellington. Jonathan is an award-winning researcher and has published widely.


Ronán Feehily is a senior lecturer in commercial law at the University of Canterbury. An award-winning researcher, he has worked as an academic on three continents and has published numerous articles in leading law journals.
