Author

Melissa Gibson is an Associate at McCaw Lewis in Hamilton. She specialises in charities law and has taught community education classes on asset planning.  Melissa also practices in commercial law, including company structure and transaction advice.  She is a trustee on a number of charitable boards in Hamilton.

 

Thomas Gibbons is a Director at McCaw Lewis in Hamilton. Thomas is a property and commercial lawyer, with special interests in unit titles, governance, and company law – including limited partnerships.  He has written extensively in the areas of property law, company and securities law, and trusts, and has lectured and tutored in these areas as well.
