Author

Tómas Kennedy-Grant QC is the author of the authoritative work Construction Law in New Zealand, 2nd edition, co-author of Kennedy-Grant and Weatherall on Construction Law, and has written numerous papers on construction law and dispute resolution. He has over 50 years’ experience in the fields of construction law and dispute resolution.


Michael Weatherall is a partner and co-head of Simpson Grierson’s construction law team and has over 25 years' experience specialising in all aspects of construction law. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer Michael was a structural engineer. He is co-author of Kennedy-Grant and Weatherall on Construction Law and the author of the Construction chapter in Laws of New Zealand.
