Author

Jason Goodall BCom, LLB(Hons)(Auckland) is a barrister practising from Bankside Chambers in Auckland. He specialises in civil and commercial litigation and is regularly instructed in litigation over commercial leases. After graduating, Jason worked as a judge’s clerk for Sir Peter Blanchard in the Court of Appeal. He then practised as a litigator at Russell McVeagh, then at Slaughter and May in London.Upon returning to New Zealand in 2009, Jason moved to the independent bar. He has a wide-ranging commercial practice, with a particular interest in commercial leases and regularly acts for landlords and tenants in the superior courts.
