Author

Dr Heather McKenzie is a Crown Prosecutor at Raymond Donnelly & Co in Christchurch. She specialises in regulatory prosecution and proceeds of crime litigation. Dr McKenzie has previously worked as a Judges’ Clerk in the Auckland High Court, as a Crown Prosecutor at Meredith Connell in Auckland and at a large national firm where she represented and advised corporates on health and safety matters. Her interest and experience in health and safety are drawn from having seen the system from both prosecution and defence perspectives.
