Author

Bianca Mueller, LL.M. (Well)is a German qualified judge and barrister, and New Zealand qualified solicitor. She studied law at the universities of Freiburg, Potsdam and Wellington (VUW). Recently, Bianca worked at Victoria University Wellington as a project manager on the regulatory reform project. Bianca also co-authored the Wai 262 report for the Ministry of Justice. Before moving to New Zealand, Bianca taught criminal law at the University of Bielefeld/Germany and worked as counsel for the state prosecution at the High Court of Detmold and for a multinational media conglomerate.

 

Michael Witt, LL.M. (Well) is a German qualified judge and barrister, and New Zealand qualified solicitor. He studied law at the universities of Hamburg and Wellington (VUW), where he graduated with a LL.M. with distinction. Before moving to New Zealand, Michael has worked as counsel for the state prosecution at the High Court of Hamburg, for the Hamburg District Court, and for well known international and national law firms.
